While we were carrying out an installation at this site a maintenance worker ran his hand between the chain and sprocket and was off work for 6 weeks. He also sustained permanent damage.

In this installation the Pilz programmable controller was used to protect a site of approximately 5000sq meters. The inputs and outputs were interfaced on a single wire bus system eliminating the need for heavy multi core cables.

This project was valued at approximately $100,000.00 and was finished months before the sister company of a similar size in another state.
