Safety
A risk assessment and hazard I.D. has been carried out in accordance with A.S. 4024.1 and we have minimized as many hazards as possible. An electronic safety system and a
2-handed control operates the door.
We have audible and visual indication of door movement. After the unit is commissioned a final safety check is carried out.

The framework has been engineered to withstand 200 tonne on any part of the compaction chamber making it the toughest and heaviest press in its class.
The hydraulic System has been designed to operate as fast possible to increase efficiency.

designed to increase the bale
density even further. This bolt on accessory will accept P.E.T. or paper through the two openings, whcih will easily adapt to your product handling conveyors or we can build a complete system
